CASH PAYMENTS ARE STILL AVAILABLE FOR ESTABLISHED CUSTOMERS, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE IF YOU WISH TO USE THIS OPTION.
Buyer is responsible for timely removal of items with no assistance from auction staff. Please bring help and packing supplies, boxes WILL NOT be provided.
1. State driver's license or ID card is required to register. Must be 18 years or older to register.
2. Payment is due at the conclusion of the auction and the card you register with will be charged. Methods of payment are AMX, VISA, Discover or MC. Cash or Cashiers checks will still be accepted from established customers, please contact us to exercise that option.
3. Tax will be 6.25% unless auction location tax rates differ.
4. All items sold "As Is Where Is" with no guarantees or warranties.
5. Auction staff reserves the right to bid and buy any auction items.
6. Auctioneer and auction team are agents for the seller and will conduct business in his/her best interest.
7. Auction staff is not responsible for load out or providing any equipment for same.
8. Buyers agree not to dispute any credit card charges.
9. No buyers shall trade any items on the auction premises.
10. Any items not picked up by the end of the day July 13th, shall revert back to the seller with NO REFUND.
11. All items must be picked up from auction location. If shipping is required, Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements. Please contact us in advance for more information.

Pickup is at Moore's Hillje Auction Friday and Saturday, July 12th and 13th. Pickup information will also be provided at the top of all winning invoices.
Any items not picked up by the end of the day July 13th, shall revert back to the seller with NO REFUND.
